HIGH END Vienna 2026
Some shows are remembered for what was heard. This one, for us, will also be remembered for the people we met.
Vienna brought together familiar faces and new ones — partners, manufacturers, listeners, and friends from across the audio world. Between the rooms and the conversations in the hallways, it was a reminder that this is, before anything else, a community.
Four rooms
This year we had the privilege of contributing to four demonstration rooms. In each, the goal was the same as it always is for us: to remove what stands between the listener and the music, quietly and without drawing attention to itself.
Clarisys Audio worked with the Super Ground Cube, Acoustic Sun Signature, Acoustic Diamonds, Acoustic Discs, the H-Pro Neo Duo, the Schumann S1, and the Schumann Ground Signature.
Absolare worked with the H-Pro Neo Duo, the Ground Cube Silver Signature, the Super Ground Cube, Acoustic Discs, Acoustic Diamonds, and the Acoustic Sun Signature.
Aurender worked with the Super Ground Cube and the Acoustic Discs.
Audioware worked with the H2 Neo, Acoustic Discs, Acoustic Diamonds, the Acoustic Sun Signature, and the Powerbar 10 Signature.
Two recognitions
We were honored that two of these rooms were singled out for Best Sound of the Show by The Absolute Sound.
The Absolare room — built around the AlsyVox Botticelli XX driven by Absolare's new Altius 2 hybrid monoblocks — was recognized by Robert Harley. He described an intimate presentation with remarkable transparency, wide dynamics, and a full, satisfying tonal balance.
Clarisys Audio was recognized by Tom Martin, with a distinction celebrating soundstage realism, spatial accuracy, focus, and transparency — the qualities that let a system step aside and let the music appear.
To see our work contribute to results judged at this level is humbling. The credit belongs first to the systems and the people who built and voiced them; we are simply glad our components could play a quiet part.
