Speaker Match for a natural sound

The Speaker Match Signature improve the interplay between amplifier, speaker cable and speakers. The sound usually gains grip and articulation across all frequencies and plays relaxed and effortless. The overall impression is neutral and lifelike.

The Signature version

Oil capacitors and an additional component

The Signature uses techniques similar to the Speaker Match Plus and a housing of stained solid maple. It adds oil capacitors with closely matched special paper and an additional component tuned specifically to the Speaker Match.

Connecting with banana plugs

The Speaker Match Signature connect to the speaker terminals in parallel with your speaker cables, red to plus, black to minus. First unplug the banana plugs of your speaker cable and plug in the Speaker Match. Their hollow bananas are open at the back, so you can then plug your speaker cable straight into them.

Connecting with spades

If you use spades, the speaker terminals usually have additional sockets for banana plugs. If these are closed with plastic plugs, remove them with a pointed object. If neither option works, choose the spade version. Alternatively, you can cut off the banana plugs right at the plug with side cutters, strip about 10 mm of the wires and connect them to your speaker as needed.
