ZOBEL PRINCIPLE

Reduces high-frequency distortion and intermodulation from household devices.

RESONANCE CONTROL

The components are cast in a compound that stabilises rather than damps.

MAPLE HOUSING

A stable housing of stained solid maple.

A Zobel network for speakers

Less interference from household devices

The Speaker Match go back to an idea we started over 20 years ago: Zobel networks at the speakers. They can reduce high-frequency distortion and intermodulation caused by other household devices, such as energy-saving lamps, computers or fridges. The Plus gives clearer transitions between amplifier, cable and speakers and better noise suppression.

Stabilising instead of damping

The SteinMusic Resonance Control System

Every resistor turns the music signal into tiny movements in the material, and with them resonances that act back on the signal. Damping takes energy and detail out of the music. So we cast the components in a sonically tuned compound that stabilises them, and place them in a housing of stained solid maple. The sound becomes clearer, smoother and more detailed.

Connection

The Speaker Match Plus connect to the speaker terminals in parallel with your speaker cable. Your cable stays in use. Depending on your speaker terminals, choose the version with banana plugs or with spades.

The next step: Speaker Match Signature

The Speaker Match Signature also have a housing of stained solid maple. They add oil capacitors with closely matched special paper and an additional component tuned specifically to the Speaker Match.

You will find more products for your signal chain in our cables category.
